Yes, without an internet connection it is not possible to request individual services (taxi, courier, etc.).
Liftago works exclusively with licensed professional drivers who know the city inside out. We ensure regular training, monitor vehicle conditions, and have clear rules for all cars. For higher-class vehicles, you can also use our Premium service.
Additionally, before each booking, you can choose from multiple driver options based on price, vehicle type, rating, arrival time, or personal preference.
You can update billing details, such as company name, address, or VAT number, in the Administration → Payments & Billing section.
Yes, you can travel with children in a car seat using Liftago. Just enter your route when booking and select the Kids option. This service is currently available only in Prague, but we are working on expanding it to other cities.
Please send your complaint to service@liftago.com, including the ride ID, date, and reason. Our team will process it as soon as possible.

The Car Pickup service is available for longer trips as well, currently in Prague and its surroundings. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact our customer support at service@liftago.com.
In the delivery order, select Round Trip. Provide the pick-up details, which will also serve as the return address, and the delivery address from which the driver will return to the pick-up point.
We can organize long-distance rides for you through a business account. Just send us the route, date, and preferred car type to business@liftago.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
To switch accounts, request that your current company’s admin removes you through the web portal. Then, the admin of your new company can add you under the new business account.
In the Liftago app, simply enter your pick-up and drop-off locations and tap the calendar icon at the bottom right to schedule a ride. Pre-orders are currently available in Prague and Brno for rides longer 3 km.
Akceptace je procentuální podíl poptávek, na které reagujete nabídkou a je počítána ze všech poptávek, které obdržíte. Pokud zakázku nevyhrajete, ale dali jste nabídku, je vám stále přičtena do akceptace.. Pokud zakázka zmizí před limitem, vaše akceptace se nesnižuje. You can easily order a taxi and a courier from the web interface as well as from the mobile app. Simply provide the passenger’s details, route, select the type of vehicle, and confirm the order.

Liftago allows drivers to determine their own fares. In the app, available drivers’ offers are displayed with price, estimated arrival, rating, and vehicle type, so you can pick the one that fits you best. On the web interface, you can choose according to vehicle type.

You don’t have to use the app – simply order Liftago online at order.liftago.com or call us at +420 266 266 000. That said, the app has plenty of advantages:

Liftago is a VAT-registered company and issues invoices with VAT. In the app, prices are displayed without VAT. For corporate accounts, VAT is added to each payment or to the monthly invoice.
Monthly billing by invoice is offered only for business clients. Otherwise, you can pay in the app via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or pay the driver in cash.

Check and, if needed, update your payment card in your account settings. The system will attempt to charge the outstanding amount again in the following days. If the problem persists, contact us at service@liftago.com.
To switch your payment method from card to invoice or vice versa, go to Administration and then Payments & Billing.
Díky platebnímu terminálu se dostanete k většímu množství poptávky. Požadavek platby na terminál mají často zákazníci, kteří objednávají telefonicky, zákazníci z hotelů, kterým taxi objednávají recepce, nebo např. zákazníci využívající letištních transferů, kdy řidič čeká na pasažéra v příletové hale. Máte-li terminál, zaškrtněte příslušnou možnost v sekci “Váš profil”.
Overpayments are refunded automatically every three weeks. If you need an earlier refund, please contact our finance team at purchasing@liftago.com.
