Easily set up a business account here. We will then contact you to train your reception and set up the most common routes.

How can the services be ordered?

You can easily order a taxi or courier via the web interface, accessible automatically with your business account. Just enter the passenger’s name, route, and payment method. We’ll send an SMS to the passenger with the car’s license plate, driver contact, and location, and then dispatch the vehicle.

Can guests order a taxi by themselves?

Guests can conveniently order their own Liftago ride by scanning a QR code we prepare for your hotel. No app download is required; after entering their route and payment details, a car is dispatched to them.

Do you offer airport transfers with pick-up at the arrivals hall?

Yes, you can easily order an airport pickup through our web interface. Enter the passenger details, select Later under Pickup Time, then choose Airport Pickup. By providing your flight number, we track the arrival and the driver will meet the passenger in the arrivals hall with a sign. The passenger also receives an SMS with the car plate, driver contact, and vehicle location.
