How can I send a package?

Packages are ordered through the same system as taxi rides. On the website, select Courier at the top, and in the app, choose the Courier icon at the bottom.

What are the size limits for a package?

We transport packages in dimensions 55 × 45 × 25 cm and weighing up to 15 kg. Ideal for smaller express shipments, contracts or envelopes.

How do I get a package ready for delivery?

You don’t need to worry about packaging – simply give the package to the Liftago courier, who will ensure it’s delivered quickly.

Is the delivery insured?

Yes, every package is insured up to 250 000 CZK.

We need to send multiple parcels at once – does Liftago offer this option?

Liftago offers a solution for sending multiple shipments at the same time via our corporate web interface. For guidance, contact us: business@liftago.com.

Is it possible to arrange a round trip with a package, sending the driver back to me immediately ?

In the delivery order, select Round Trip. Provide the pick-up details, which will also serve as the return address, and the delivery address from which the driver will return to the pick-up point.
