How can I add employees to my business account?

You can add employees in the section: Give your team access – Mobile App. This allows them to use Liftago services on your company account. For larger teams, you can use the bulk import feature. Templates are available in the same section. Each user can be assigned a cost center for better expense tracking or a monthly limit to control spending. To grant access to the web interface, click Give your team access – Web Interface and assign them the role of administrator or orderer.

Where can I find ride history?

You can find ride history on the main page of the web interface or in the Payments and Billing section.

Where do I change/reset my password?

When logging in to your business account, just click on: Forgot password.

Where do I change or add a business account administrator?

On the main page of the web interface, click on Give your team access – Web interface. There you can add or change administrators and orderers.

How do I set up an email to receive billing information?

Enter the email(s) for invoice delivery under Administration – Account Details – Email for Invoices and Reports. Separate multiple addresses with commas. For GDPR, invoices are sent in password-protected emails; the password is available in Payments and Billing, or you can make the recipient an administrator.

How do I update my company’s billing details in Liftago?

You can update billing details, such as company name, address, or VAT number, in the AdministrationPayments & Billing section.

How can I switch to a different business account, for example when changing jobs?

To switch accounts, request that your current company’s admin removes you through the web portal. Then, the admin of your new company can add you under the new business account.

I’m having trouble logging into the web app.

Try resetting your password on the page Forgot password. If you still can’t log in, contact us at service@liftago.com.

What is the VAT policy for corporate and private customers?

Liftago is a VAT-registered company and issues invoices with VAT. In the app, prices are displayed without VAT. For corporate accounts, VAT is added to each payment or to the monthly invoice.

What should I do if my card payment fails?

Check and, if needed, update your payment card in your account settings. The system will attempt to charge the outstanding amount again in the following days. If the problem persists, contact us at service@liftago.com.

How can I switch my payment method between card and invoice?

To switch your payment method from card to invoice or vice versa, go to Administration and then Payments & Billing.

How can I recover a double payment made by mistake?

Overpayments are refunded automatically every three weeks. If you need an earlier refund, please contact our finance team at purchasing@liftago.com.
