Setting up and maintaining a business account is free. You only pay for the services you use, such as taxi rides or delivered items.

Driver availability is one of our strengths: average pickup time is 5 minutes in bigger cities and about 10 in smaller ones.

Can you explain how invoicing works for Liftago rides?

Invoices for all completed rides are sent at the end of each month by email. They include a full overview of all company rides, giving you complete control over expenses. Payment is due within 14 days.

How can our employees report expenses for your services?

Employees’ rides are automatically billed to your company once they are added to the business account, so there’s no need to handle individual receipts. Each month, you’ll receive a detailed summary of all rides and the invoice, keeping all expenses fully transparent and easy to manage.

Can each employee pay individually using their own company card?

Yes, each employee can be set up to pay individually with their own company card. In this case, the employee will receive a monthly summary of all receipts with an overview of rides, and these rides will not appear on the company invoice.

What drivers and vehicles can I expect with Liftago?

Liftago works exclusively with licensed professional drivers who know the city inside out. We ensure regular training, monitor vehicle conditions, and have clear rules for all cars. For higher-class vehicles, you can also use our Premium service.

Additionally, before each booking, you can choose from multiple driver options based on price, vehicle type, rating, arrival time, or personal preference.

How can I order Liftago services?

You can easily order a taxi and a courier from the web interface as well as from the mobile app. Simply provide the passenger’s details, route, select the type of vehicle, and confirm the order.

What taxi prices can we expect as a business customer?

Liftago allows drivers to determine their own fares. In the app, available drivers’ offers are displayed with price, estimated arrival, rating, and vehicle type, so you can pick the one that fits you best. On the web interface, you can choose according to vehicle type.
