If an item is left in a Liftago vehicle, reach out to the driver via the app within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, or if you cannot reach the driver, or encounter any other issue, we will help you locate your lost item.
How to proceed?
1. Open the menu in the app and go to the Support section.
2. Select Lost item and follow the instructions.
You can also email us. Either by replying to the confirmation email from your ride or directly at service@liftago.com. Please include your phone number (or email) and the location where the ride was booked.
Once your ride begins, tap the Share trip status button to share your current location and ride progress with anyone via SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps.
Liftago works exclusively with licensed professional drivers who know the city thoroughly. We provide regular training and monitor compliance with our high standards through hundreds of test rides each month. You will always ride in a quality vehicle.
Before each booking, you can choose from multiple driver offers based on price, vehicle type, rating, arrival time, or personal preference.
Our service ensures high car availability throughout the day. In larger cities, a car usually arrives within 5 minutes, and in smaller towns within 10 minutes.
A standard car fits up to 4 people. If you need to transport a larger group, you have two options:
1. XXL vehicles for up to 7 people – currently available only in Prague and surroundings, and must be pre-order at least 16 hours in advance.
2. Ordering multiple cars at once – in the app, you can order multiple vehicles simultaneously.
Yes, you can travel with children in a car seat using Liftago. Just enter your route when booking and select the Kids option. This service is currently available only in Prague, but we are working on expanding it to other cities.
In the Liftago app, simply enter your pick-up and drop-off locations and tap the calendar icon at the bottom right to schedule a ride. Pre-orders are currently available in Prague and Brno for rides longer 3 km.

Monthly billing by invoice is offered only for business clients. Otherwise, you can pay in the app via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or pay the driver in cash.
